Early in October, the Flow Coaching Academy (FCA) welcomed Q members to Sheffield for a Q visit during which they shared practical coaching tools, the FCA improvement roadmap and methodology for improvement coaches.

Leading nationally in co-designing a framework for clinical care structured pathway across their integrated care system with key stakeholders.

In 2023 the Flow Coaching Academy, with support from the Health Foundation, ran an online survey to gather the views of improvement leaders and others involved in quality/continuous improvement work in NHS provider organisations.

Welcome to the latest update on Sheffield Teaching Hospitals (STH), Frailty Virtual Ward Big Room. We are 5 months on from our last article in which we explored the Big Room Coaches’ perspective, roadblocks and key learnings.
